S5E8- What Pastors Miss by Not Being a People Person

If you are a pastor or a preacher you might find that you don't really care for doing a lot of one-on-one communication.  You might find yourself saying, "The ministry would be great if it weren't for the people."  Concerning deep relational stuff you might find you are often in the "Fake it, til you Make it" mode.
Well, guess what?  It shows!  You cannot avoid true relational skills and still be all that you want to be as a minister. The answer is not to hide from it, or fake it. The answer is to embrace it!  Bet better at it!  Conquer the problem, not just keep dodging it.
