S5E7- Effective Communication for Local Church Leaders

If we fail at good communications we are in sad shape. Right up at the top of the list of leadership skills is effective communication. A leader needs to be competent and also have great character, but one areas that needs constant sharpening is communications. 
This podcast will bring out a contrast between leading and managing and how the two both need a great communicator.
