S2E2- Strategy- A Key to Delegation

In season two episode two, we were discussing a strategic statement that will help you with delegation.

One of the most important things we can do is church leaders is feed the flock of God. Right after that one of the most important things we can do is to lead the flock of God. We can't do everything by ourselves so we know that we need to enlist others and turn things over to them.

This month strategic statement will help you with the difficult step of turning things over to someone else. If we constantly have to watch someone do the work that we were doing, we are in just about the same place we were before. Only now we might be watching several people do the work! True delegation eventually has a release point. This podcast is all about that.
