S2E1- Strategy- Every Sunday Expect a Guest!

In Season Two of The Better Sunday Podcast will be covering the topic of strategy. Nothing will affect the outcome of your programs, events and overall church health like having the proper strategy.
This series of podcasts will give you many examples of strategic statements. These are boiled down, compacted,  one-line statements that will help you teach the specific strategy to your church.
The focus of episode one is "Every Sunday We are Expecting Guests".  This is a tremendously healthy statement to get into the mind of all your church people. It will affect the way that they serve at the church and will affect the way they look at every Sunday morning. When we start to change the mindset of our people, things can get really exciting in regards to outreach.
