As the leaders of our local churches, we need to make sure that we don't allow rituals to dominate purpose.
In this podcast we will look at how a wise church leader can take every church event or program and add the elements of good relationship building into it.  Relationship building doesn't happen by accident, but it does happen in the margins. Those moments between content delivery, announcements, and special music, can be used to create a relational glue that will hold your church together through the hard times.
